Lofoten
Reine, Lofoten · Winter · 2025
Lofoten in blue hour feels like the Arctic holding its breath — where mountains, sea, and sky dissolve into a calm, dreamlike twilight.
The blue hour in Lofoten during winter is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. When the sun barely peeks above the horizon — or never rises at all — the world slips into a perpetual twilight. The light becomes soft, deep, and ethereal. The mountains aren’t simply dark silhouettes; they glow in muted cobalt, their snowy edges traced delicately by nature’s brush.
